When one of our favourite suppliers said we could have a small allocation of their La Gamba, wine ‘Frauen Power’ we pinched ourselves. Today we bring to you a wine by Alanna, who has been using none other that Martin Woerner’s grapes. She’s invented the German Lambrusco, at only 9.5%. Tastes like sarsaparilla, and a full on red berry extravaganza. Have extremely cold, and a glass ready to accept a delightful Rheinhessen handshake on opening. This baby is organic, unfiltered/unfined and no sulphur has been added.
