Aromas of wild strawberries and watermelon lead to a palate that's both crisp and refreshing with a hint of sea breeze salinity. Unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulphur, this is summer in a glass.

This wild and expressive Pet Nat is a celebration of Pinot Blanc at its purest. Spontaneously fermented and made from 100% Pinot Blanc grown in Essex using organic principles, the wine captures the essence of its terroir with no added sulphites and zero additions. Hand-sorted fruit was foot-stomped and macerated for 9 days, then pressed in a manual basket press and bottled by hand. Expect powerful aromas of tropical and orchard fruits, a crunchy-chalky minerality, and a delicate bubble that dances on the tongue. A wine that's sure to bring a bit of sunshine with every pop. The label, hand-drawn by Paris Barghchi, reflects the artisanal spirit behind this unique collaboration.

Unfined and unfiltered and one of our absolute favourites at Oranj at the moment!
