A magical white blend where all the grapes shine together. There’s Yellow Muscat, Morillon (Chardonnay), Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, and Welschriesling, which are macerated on the skins for a couple days, before fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak vats, followed by 18 months ageing in the same vessels, and bottling without filtration, fining, or added sulphites. There’s passion fruit and jasmine on the nose, but aromatics take a back seat on the palate, with saline acidity, fleshy fruits, and stony minerality at the fore.
