A cuvee that arose of Nowack’s tireless curiosity about terroir, it is produced from 100% Pinot Meunier from outside the domaine on a chalky soil more similar to that of the Côte des Blancs. Dosage is just 0.8 g/l, allowing for the racy acids and tiny bubbles to combine in a linear wine of stunning tension.
