Tasting Notes: For anyone who hasn’t been yet, go and visit them in Kent as soon as they reopen. We are so lucky to have the PetNat in this case, only 450 bottles were made from 100% Ortega grown on the estate. This PetNat really does highlight how wine is a living thing and continues to develop even after bottled. Make sure to chill the wine before opening and to pour slowly as plenty of beautiful deposits were formed. Cloudy, ripe pear, yoghurt, chamomile. Pure energy. I just love Westwell! [N.C]
