Great value Riesling from Daniel and Jonas Brand, better known as the Brand brothers of Pfalz, Germany. Their Stein & Fels Riesling is clean and energetic with vibrant citrus fruit, hints of elderflower and steely minerality from beginning to end. The grapes come from their organically cultivated plot on the slopes of Bockenheimer from 20-30 year old vines planted on loam and limestone. Harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts, raised in stainless steel vats and little to no added sulphur before bottling.
