Zippy, fresh and mineral-driven, as is typical of the wines of Etna. Produced from Inzolia & Moscato Bianco grapes grown on Etna’s volcanic and mineral-rich terroir, cellar work is strictly low-intervention. Incredible value and and beautifully expressive of the Sicily’s local white grapes, there’s plenty of salinity and bursting citrus, with some floral hints adding layers.
