Rosado with bubbles, the way you always wanted it. Unlike the Tinto however, these grapes were basket pressed before going into steel, with little to no skin contact. 6 months on the lees have really added a stunning cloudy hue and really sumptuous taste. From 80-year-old vines, ‘oh baby’.
