Christophe started out as an ‘negociant’, someone who grows grapes and sells them to winemakers. He did this for many years before eventually turning his hand to winemaking, of course this meant he knew exactly which grapes to utilise for his wines. This is a nice big red, with great body, dark fruits and certainly wants to be served with hearty dishes or a cheese board.
