Light-footed yet generous, this is a Trousseau that will put a smile on your face. It’s produced from young vines, with the grapes pressed whole bunch press, before ageing in fibreglass and foudre, and bottling without filtration, fining or added sulphur. Fine-grained tannins, juicy acidity and lots of fruitiness in wild strawberry, bramble and sour cherry, but balanced by a distinct floral, savoury character.
