A biodynamic beauty - Federica and Cesare wait for a full moon to begin hand picking under the moonlight. This wine is aged in old oak and bottled with no filtration or sulfur. This results in a super rustic flavourful rosé full of red fruit hues in the glass, crunchy, savoury and juicy cherry on the palate. Ideal as an al-fresco accompaniment - think herbaceous tomato salads and light cheeses. Only 800 bottles were produced, we managed to get a very small allocation.
