This mouthwatering Riesling is the ideal aperitif. Produced from grapes grown on the slate soils of Mosel, it has a more classic feel about it than other wines in their range, and is fermented and aged on the less in stainless steel tanks with a touch of sulphur added at bottling. It’s zesty, flinty, and snappy with lots of squeezed lime and juicy stone fruit on the palate, all culminating in a saline, mineral finish.
