Lambic pioneers Cantillon join one of Italy’s most celebrated natural winemakers, Cantina Giardino, in this exciting collaboration. A three-year-old lambic is infused with Greco grapes, those usually reserved for three Sophia cuvee, and then combined with some young lambic and bottled for a second fermentation. The result is a really unique bottle that’s incredibly lively and complex, with an abundance of herbal aromas, and an moreish briny flavour.
