This is Sylvere’s lively and bright Primeur from biodynamically farmed Gamay on clay and sand soils in Blacé, Beaujolais. Aromas of ripe red summer fruits, forest floor, mineral undertones and vibrant acidity and little tannins on the palate. Fermented and aged in concrete vats and bottled unfined/unfiltered without added sulphur. Utterly chuggable, best served slightly chilled together with friends, make sure you've got some cheese platter and thinly sliced charcuteries close by.
