Supple, sophisticated, and full of charm, with this year’s warmer vintage adding more concentration and depth. The wine is produced from the south-facing lieu-dit ‘Les Gollardes,’ which is located right in the middle of a slope, with whole-bunch maceration in concrete tanks, and fermentation and ageing taking place in old oak barrels, and bottling without filtration, fining or added sulphur. Aromas offer a classic Pinot combination of red fruits, spice and earth.
