Morin’s family has been growing grapes in Arbois for 8 generations, he’s led his own project since 2010. Today, he cultivates 12 hectares with his wife Héléna, making pure wines that really express the unique terroir of Jura.
Terres Bleues refers to the rich Blue marl soils of the area, which the Sauvignon vines love and thrive on in the region. Super high quality, hand harvested grapes are pressed in whole bunches, then aged on fine lees.
