It’s produced with Grenache Blanc vines grown near Nimes, and the grapes are fermented part whole-bunch, and just a third destemmed, with the mixture spending ten days macerating on the skins before pressing and maturation in stainless steel tanks. Juicy peach and floral hints combine in the textured, vibrant palate.
