Food and festi-friendly Nero D’Avola in a three litre bag-in-box. The grapes are grown cooperatively in the Camporeale region of Sicily in vineyards located between 250 and 350 metres above sea level, with the vinification taking place in stainless tanks, without filtration or fining, and with low amounts of added sulphur. Warming and soft, with medium tannins, and pleasant notes of balsamic, spices, and ripe black cherry.
