Crafted by the Durrmann family in their historic Andlau home, nestled against the stunning Vosges mountains near Strasbourg. From sandstone parcels, the fruit saw a brief two-day maceration before a slow press to stainless steel for fermentation. Tangy notes of fresh raspberry, fraise de bois, and a touch of summer rhubarb compote, all balanced with lovely length.
