One-of-a-kind rosé made with south Pinot Noir vines planted in the 1970s over heavy red clay-limestone soils. The wine was produced by Catharina Sadde, a young winemaker with one of the most impressive CVs in Burgundy, including a stint at Domaine de la Romanée Conti – who here directly presses the grapes, ferments the must with ambient yeats, and ages the wine for 7 months ins stainless steel tanks, with and low SO2 added at bottling. Delicate and fresh with delicious fruit and a long finish.
