Dangerously good rosé from a master of the genre. The wine is produced from Blaufränkisch grapes grown on limestone soils, with soft pressing followed by natural fermentation in large wooden barrels and foudres, and further ageing in the same vessels for a year. Bursting with ripe red berry fruit, the lively acidity dances in the wine’s supple body amongst hints of spice.
