Three litres of rosé bursting with summer fruits. The wine produced from Nerello Mascalese grown in the regions of Camporeale and Alcamo in Sicily, and the grapes are de-stemmed, pressed, fermented naturally, and then aged in stainless steel for 8 months. Notes of raspberry, pomegranate, and blood orange in a vibrant, mineral rosé with a persistent acid structure.
