A Gamay / Chardonnay blend that is incredibly delicate, light and juicy. One of the best value light reds we’ve tried in some time. Made from 100 year old vines grown 400-500 metres above sea level. Temps de Chien means ‘beware of the dog’ and is a saying used to describe bad weather in France which this wine was born out of in 2021, with huge success.
