A vibrant and dry Riesling with a chalky backbone from the Durrmann’s in Andlau, Alsace. Biodynamically grown on schist and vinified naturally, it bursts of luscious citrus and green orchard fruits with touches of smoke, white pepper and persistent acidity to boot. True to the regional style of Riesling, this is a more robust expression of the variety that stands up well to pork and seafood dishes, as well as curries and spicy Asian cuisine. Best served well chilled.
