There is simply incredible value to be found in Czechia, and in particular the region of south Moravia, where this fantastic orange wine comes from. It’s 95% Müller-Thurgau with just 5% Sauvignon Blanc, with all the grapes spending three weeks on the skins, followed by ten months ageing on the lees in acacia barrels, with a resting in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Gentle and supple in texture, with vibrant acidity and aromas of ripe peach, lemon peel, and green herbs.
