Zibibbo from almost 90-year-old vines on the volcanic soils of the mystical island of Pantelleria. With just two hundred bottles made of this single-vineyard, the idea is to produce something enchanting, while also helping the winemakers understand their terroir better. As with all their Zibbibos, energy, salinity and vibrancy are to be expected.
