A super fresh and juicy 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris from two separate parcels in Ribeauvillé and vigneron Emilie Revers. Pure, rounded and precise on the palate with soft, silky texture, lifted red fruit and lick-smacking acidity. The Pinot Noir underwent 3 weeks of maceration (1/4 in whole bunches) before ageing for 11 months in old barrels. Assemblage and bottling without anything added or taken away. A wine that softly whispers of finesse and tremendous drinkability!
