Taste and Terroir: High minerality and acidity, really exciting smash-able Portuguese white wine. Great with Tapas, rice, white meat or on its own. Blend of grapes grown on 500 million year old marine sentiment. Little irradiated heat during night, fantastic thermal amplitude. Fermented in stainless steel.  Aged 1yr and 9 months in oak barrels under lees.
