Off to Rosenwiller we go! A blend of aromatic grapes, all grown on clay-limestone soils. 4 days of maceration on the skins, and disgorged after 8 months on yeasty lees. This is a super classically fizzy pet nat with a great orange hue, peach-y floral flavours, bright and fantastic acidity to round it all off.
