Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron vines are surrounded by olive groves, chestnut trees and shrubs. With their biodynamic principles and careful approach in the cellar, the wines from grapes grown on rich volcanic soils are always a unique and impressive expression of the area. Having been aged 1 year on lees and 18 months in bottle, it’s got a bit more going on than your regular ‘pet nat’. Floral, salty, pithy, citrus-y, this wine calls for an ice bucket and a hot afternoon. Accompany it with food and you’ve got yourself a very enjoyable moment.
