Light and sensual Jura red with the most enticing perfume. It's made from a blend of roughly equal parts of Ploussard and Pinot Noir from small parcels in Montigny-lès-Arsures, Molamboz and Arbois, the grapes were destemmed and the wine macerated on the skins for a fortnight, before being pressed back to stainless steel tanks until the following spring, and bottling with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. Notes of black cherry, forest floor and rose petal.
