A Cabernet Franc from young vines planted over clay, limestone and sand in Parc du Perron. Here the grapes fermented as whole bunches for three weeks, before being pressed to cuve for a year. This marriage of vibrant fruit, earth and spice is quite something, making for a wonderful expression of the grape.
