Blanc de Blancs from Loire with a brilliantly Champagne-like character at a fraction of the price, making it the ideal tipple for the festive season. The Chardonnay grapes are directly-pressed and then vinified according to the Traditional Method, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks and ageing on the lees. It's nutty and creamy with delicate bubbles and delicious notes of stone fruit and green herbs.
