A lively and generously dark-fruited blend of organic Syrah/Grenache by winemaker Alexandre Durand in Faugeres, Languedoc. The grapes were harvested by hand and de-stemmed before maceration in fibreglass tanks, yielding a fresh yet dense palate with waves of sunkissed dark fruits and a saline, mineral core. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphur.
