On the more mineral, livelier side of orange, the wine takes on the characteristics of its oolitic limestone terroir. Combining grapes from 25 year-old vines Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Auxerrois & Pinot Blanc, four days skin contact and stainless steel aging keeps things fresh, but a bounty of aromatics are offered in apple, elderberry, lily and citrus. Spicy persistence defines the enticing finish.
