Refreshing lil petnat can from Penedes that’s as clean as a whistle. The wine is a blend of 70% Xarel-lo and 30% Moscatel, which is vinified in a mixture of amphora and stainless steel, before combining in the bottle to finish the fermentation. Notes of apricot, lemon zest, green herbs and a generous fizz, making for the ideal aperitif.
