Produced from old vines of Xarel-lo which are surrounded by a thriving biodiversity, the grapes are spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel, with only a small dose of sulphur at bottling. Juicy and textured with fleshy stone fruit and a persistent saline minerality in the finish.
