Fermented with indigenous yeast after a two-week whole bunch maceration, it’s aged in old barrels for 9 months with no fining, filtration, or added sulfur. This light red (or darker rosé) is bursting with fresh, summery energy, offering a lively and refreshing experience perfect for warmer days.
