Taste & Terroir: Winemaker Radovan Suman works according to the biodynamic moon cycles - this is his more gentle and restrained idea of terroir. Chardonnay combined with local Slovenian (Styrian) varieties macerated until fermentation finishes and aged in large old Slovenian barrels. Dense and structured.
