Les Horées Savigny-les-Beaune "Les Plaisirs et les Jours" 2023
The name pays homage to Marcel Proust's literary masterpiece, and it has as much sophistication. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, the wine was previously bottled as Les Vermots, the wine has evolved into a complex blend incorporating 1er Cru Les Peuillets, which gives it a fine-boned structure. As elegant red fruit notes intertwine with peppery spice and mineral undertones, it’s pure, layered, and incredibly pleasurable.
