Les Horées Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru “Les Fichots” 2023
The most impressively structured cuvee from Les Horées – its sleek, firm, and linear, with floral lift and brooding, dark-berried depth. From a cool, northeast-facing Premier Cru, the wine undergoes whole bunch fermentation, which adds aromatic detail and spice, and is aged for 12 months in old oak barrels. A Pinot with tension and grip without excessive weight, and with a long, mineral and precise finish.
