Les Horées Gevrey-Chambertin “J’écris ton nom” 2023
A lyrical, lifted Gevrey that captures both the structure of place and the lightness of touch that defines Catharina Sadde’s winemaking. Named after the Paul Éluard poem ‘Liberté,’ the cuvée is aged for 12 months in old oak barrels, and blends fruit from En Reniard – which adds brightness – and Combe du Bas, which gives the wine its spice and tension. Aromas of bright cherry, crushed rose petals, and a hint of white pepper.
