Les Horées Bourgogne Rouge "Des Six Ifs" 2023
A vibrant, structured Bourgogne Rouge that blends Pinot Noir from the Mâconnais and Savigny-lès-Beaune. The wine is made with 80% whole clusters, no added sulfur pre-fermentation, and is aged 12 months in used oak barrels. It’s bright yet grounded, with dark cherry, wild berries, and licorice notes that are all held together by firm, youthful tannins.
