Les Horées Beaune "Les Prévolles" 2023
Elegant and fragrant Pinot with fine-grained tannins and bright, lifting acidity that captures the essence of this renowned village appellation. The wine is fermented spontaneously with 80% whole clusters – which gives it more aromatic depth – whilst the ageing in old oak barrels gives the wine a wonderful frame. This is classic Beaune at its most expressive, where notes of sweet red berries dance in harmony with citrus zest and soft baking spices.
