Les Dolomies "Bordel c'est bon" 2023
Trousseau from a cult Jura producer that lives up to its provocative moniker with juicy black fruits, violet florals, and warming spice. The wine is vinified without any sulphur, with the grapes destemmed by hand, before a three-week maceration with spontaneous fermentation and ageing in old Burungdy barrels. The result is a wine that’s both approachable and complex, where an earthy edge meets a fresh and snappy character typical of great Trousseau.
