Following the success of Chin Chin, the team at Noble Rot decided to bring an equally great-value red to the market. It’s produced with organically-farmed Tempranillo grapes grown around Villanueva de Alcardete in Toledo, and made with partial ageing in oak barrels. It’s silky and generous, with lots of fruit in black cherry, and appealing hints of vanilla.
