A bright and versatile white that’s good for all seasons, but is especially happy in the summer. The wine is a blend of 70% Mauzac, 30% Loin de L'Oeil, made with a low-intervention approach, with just a small addition of sulphur at bottling. Well-balanced and fresh on the palate, with stunningly vibrant acidity, and lots of citrusy flavour.
