This rosé petnat is a real crowd-pleaser. It’s produced without any interventions, and made with a grape local to the south-west of France called Negrette, with the vines grown over gravel and stone soils. It has a pretty coral colour, an enticingly fruity nose, with the bubbles offering fantastic energy, lingering with some raspberry flavour and mineral undertones.
