Smokey and savoury but dangerously drinkable Trousseau from one of the most celebrated natural winemakers in Jura. The grapes are farmed in the celebrated area of Pupillin, and vinification and ageing take place in old oak barrels, and without filtration, fining or added sulphur. Best to decant before drinking to ensure its maximum expression.
