The grapes are worked organically by a cooperation of farmers who are part of the Addiopizzo anti-mafia movement, with fermentation taking place with native yeast, and ageing in stainless steel tanks. Fresh and very juicy with velvety tannins and some savoury depth, it makes for a great every day red.
